Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

Requests sent through the contact form do not constitute a confirmed booking. The booking is confirmed only after our written confirmation via email with stay details and payment conditions.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Different times may be arranged in advance by contacting us via email.

3. Cancellations

• Up to 14 days before check-in: free cancellation with full refund
• 14 to 7 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before: no refund

4. House Rules

• No smoking inside the property
• Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest
